The Story
Pentair S1 Series Cartridges are manufactured from a pleated cellulose media and are design for general water filtration uses. S1 Series are economically and highly effective at reducing sediment particles down to 20 microns in size.
The filter media is pleated around a strong polypropylene core to enhance durability. Each cartridge includes a molded endcap with gaskets for a reliable seal. The pleated design increases the surface area, helping to trap more dirt and extend the time between filter changes or cleaning.
